Shipping & Processing Policy

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please note that shipping and delivery times may vary based on your location and courier conditions.

Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 24–72 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Times:  
Estimated delivery time is 6–13 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping Delays:  
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, Elorine is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events beyond our control. 

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages due to customer address errors or courier issues.

Tracking:  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
