Order Cancellation
Please note that orders are processed immediately after checkout to ensure quick delivery. As a result, we’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We proudly offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your experience after consistent use, simply contact us within 90 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are available for both used and unused products. If returning unopened items, a $10 return label fee applies. Please note that returns may not be available in all countries due to customs restrictions — in such cases, partial refunds may be offered.
To request a refund, email us at support@buyelorine.com with your order number and reason for the request. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the original purchase currency. Please note: any foreign transaction or exchange rate fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a clear photo or video of the damage to support@buyelorine.com. We will assess and, if eligible, issue a replacement at no cost to you.
Please note: Cosmetic packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered a damaged product. We do not refund or replace products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors outside our control.
For issues with lost or delayed parcels, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
